1. Operator and eligibility
The legal identity of the operator is being finalised.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter an agreement. Use an accurate email address and keep your password private. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to use its materials and services.
2. What the service provides
MockInterview provides digital interview practice based on your resume and target role, project follow-ups, knowledge and skills questions, AI-tool assessment, feedback and resume editing. Features may use text, audio or video depending on your choice and browser support. Free practice and paid memberships have different allowances.
AI feedback is practice guidance, not a hiring decision, professional certification or a promise of interviews, offers or employment. Outputs can be inaccurate. Verify facts and edit suggestions before using or sharing them, especially legal, financial or other professional content.
3. Plans and allowances
Pro: USD 29.90/month or USD 299/year; up to 10 interviews per subscription month, with a 30-minute limit per interview. Annual Pro resets the allowance each subscription month instead of granting 120 starts at once. An interview counts when started, not when prepared.
Max: USD 49.90/month or USD 489/year; unlimited interview count with targeted coaching. Sessions have the time limit displayed in the service, normally 30 minutes. Unlimited interview count does not permit account sharing, automated bulk use or resale.
Both memberships include CVAgent resume AI editing, saved versions and PDF/DOCX export without a separate member credit purchase. Unused monthly interview allowance does not roll over. Features and amounts applicable to a purchase are displayed before checkout. View membership pricing
4. Payment and automatic renewal
Waffo Pancake handles checkout and recurring payments as Merchant of Record. The checkout identifies the seller, total charge and any applicable taxes. By confirming a subscription purchase, you authorise the displayed recurring payment on the monthly or annual cycle until renewal is cancelled. Test checkouts do not create a paid membership.
Access activates after verified payment confirmation. A return to a success page alone is not proof of payment. Failed or reversed payments can restrict paid access. For a future price change, we will notify you before it applies to renewal and give you an opportunity to cancel; an already paid period is not repriced retroactively.
5. Cancel renewal
Sign in, open Membership, then select “Cancel renewal” for the active subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal after the payment provider confirms it; access continues to the end of your paid period. Do this before the next charge. Deleting a recording, ending an interview, signing out or requesting account deletion does not cancel renewal. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions; cancelling does not automatically refund a completed charge.
6. Refunds
A first-time subscriber may request a full refund of the initial subscription payment within 7 calendar days of that payment. This applies to the first monthly or annual purchase, not every renewal. We also review duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, paid access not delivered, and substantial service failures for an appropriate refund or remedy.
Request a refund from your registered email with your transaction reference and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or CVCs. After the initial 7-day window, change-of-mind refunds for an already used period are not generally provided. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights under applicable consumer law remain available. This policy does not limit those rights.
7. Your materials and acceptable use
You retain rights in your resumes, answers and other materials. You permit processing only as needed to deliver the requested service and as described in the Privacy Policy. Upload only material you are entitled to use and avoid unnecessary confidential or sensitive information. Review edits before applying them; do not present invented achievements as facts.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, infringement, fraud, attacks on systems, credential sharing or resale of access. Automated scraping or bulk calls that bypass limits are prohibited. Serious abuse may lead to suspension; this does not remove applicable refund or privacy rights.
8. Availability and ending service
The service depends on hosting, AI and payment providers and may be interrupted for maintenance or failures. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or identical outputs on repeated requests. If we permanently discontinue paid access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will offer a proportionate remedy for undelivered prepaid service, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The service does not replace independent verification of AI output or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions about applications and sharing your materials.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes saved materials, optional recordings, model providers, retention and deletion requests. Cancelling a plan does not automatically erase your saved workspace. Read the Privacy Policy
10. Changes and disputes
Material changes will be communicated on the website or to your account email before they take effect where notice is required. Contact support first about a service or billing problem. These terms preserve mandatory consumer protections and any right to use the competent courts or regulator available under applicable law; they do not impose a foreign arbitration requirement.
